Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions. Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Handle aviation-related claims remotely. Review, investigate, and process aviation insurance claims for incidents like accidents and equipment damage. You'll assess claims validity based on policy terms, including coverage limits, exclusions, and deductibles. Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to ensure a smooth claims process.
The Resolution Adjuster reviews insurance claims through research, evaluation, investigation, negotiation and interaction with insureds, claimants, and counsel. The Adjuster is assigned to mid-sized and / or mid-complexity claims in the line of business. This position is a remote opportunity for those 50 miles or more from an AmTrust office.
